An open litter box that still scoops for you — that’s the CATLINK Scooper Open-X idea: more sky above your cat, fewer daily scoops for you.
The open-top globe keeps a natural feel while sensors and the incomplete-gear design are meant to leave an exit path and pause when a cat returns. After your cat leaves, Smart Sense (default on many setups) waits a few minutes for clumps to firm, then cleans into a 12 L waste drawer. CATLINK cites up to about 15 days between empties for one cat; plan on shorter cycles when more than one cat shares the box.
Fill litter to the MAX line — about 4 L on official guidance — then level via the button or app. Emptying is drawer-based with liners. US “what’s in the box” lists a starter waste-bag roll, odor eliminator, litter pad, legs, adapter, and filter — batches may differ; confirm inbound pack.
Connect with the CATLINK app over 2.4 or 5 GHz Wi‑Fi for remote clean, mode changes, and usage notifications. On US Scooper Open-X pages, the unit is single-cat by default; multi-cat recognition is a one-time in-app unlock (~$30, permanent). We do not state a maximum cat count on this page.
Prefer quality clumping litter. Official US/EU FAQs emphasize clumping clay and warn against non-clumping / crystal-silica types that don’t form solid clumps.
Little Finds. Better Living. Open air for your cat. One less scooping session for you.
